   That's not an install, that's how Snappy loads its native library that it ships itself inside its own jar. (Or, in other words, that's a temporary file.)
   
   But yeah, it would be good to have an explicit integration test that uses snappy to avoid that problem.
   
   In fact, this looks very much like SPARK-26995...
