FastUmlsLookup Doc

Hi Folks/Sean

is there any doc or implementation/algorithm how the FastUmlsLookup work.
Like there is some concept like Rareword dictionary and concept Factories.

Would be good if these two documents was published somewhere in the Wiki.

Also there seems some notion of score, and disambugated(i guess it works
with sensedisambigutorAnnotator from ytex).
