[PR] Migrate `GET /execution/variables/keys` to an async DB session [airflow]
Dev-iL opened a new pull request, #73407:

Convert `GET /execution/variables/keys` to use `AsyncSessionDep`.
The endpoint's HTTP contract is unchanged. Prefix escaping, team filtering, total counting, key ordering, pagination, authorization scope, response shape, and API-version exposure retain their existing behavior.
The tests keep the async engine within the TestClient event-loop lifetime and verify that both database operations are awaited. This prevents pooled connections from being reused across event loops on PostgreSQL and MySQL.
