    Resolution: Fixed

The logging config was massively reworked around 1.9.0 so I'm saying this will not be an issue anymore.

> The new scheduler has childs logging in their own log file. The location of the log files are set outside of the cli configurable locations making it inconsistent with other log configurations in airflow. In addition the log files are by default created in /tmp which is a non standard location for log files.
