Hadoop hardware benchmarks wiki

Hi.

I've started a new page on the wiki for hardware benchmarks.
The idea is to help others who might be buying hardware for a new 
cluster. I've added rough hardware specs for both our clusters and their
sort performance.

Another aspect of this is to help us finetune our settings to increase 
performance.
