archiva 2.2.3 standalone Windows 2016 Server problems

Does anyone know where I can find some current documentation for the standalone version of archiva 2.2.3?


I am having numerous issues running it under Windows Server 2016:


Can't send email

admin is the only user that can log in

etc.
