Integrate Docker images into running Thrift for stub generation.  The purpose of this is to make it easier for developers to use Thrift without needing to install Thrift, which can be fairly tricky.

I've tested this locally using the Dockerfile that comes with Apache Thrift's 0.10.0 release. However, it might be better to use the official Thrift Docker images instead: https://hub.docker.com/_/thrift/. That way one doesn't have to build the images and can just download them from Docker Hub.
