New translation
This new translation was made by Valery Fremaux. I updated his
document to sync it with the last changes in the CVS tree.
The file is zipped because the maillist doesn't accept messages larger than
100000 bytes.

Please don't... some of us have mailbox disk quotas to contend with. =-)
If a patch is that big, the author should just post it on the web and list
the URL on the list, IMO.

One reason we prefer patches (diffs) rather than complete files.
Or is that the size of the *patch*? :-O
Shall I increase the limit on the list to something like 1MB?
