Updated documentation

I have commited an updted FAQ (minor changes) and added a status.xml
file that has the list of BE we pass or do not pass. Those are XML
files.
You can view them in your favorite editor. If you want an HTML version,
use Xalan and the stylesheets document2html.xsl under the 
docs\skins\printer\stylesheet directory.

The HTML output is not nice (especially for tables). I will try to fix
that later.
