[I] HTML validation reports error for certain valid HTML [netbeans]

### What happened
The following HTML give errors in NB:
`<script type="importmap"> `
NB says that importmap is not a valid script type.
`<iframe width="100%" height="400" src="..."></iframe>`
NB says that the width may not have a % in the property value.
`<img src="..." width="80%" />`
NB says that the width may not have a % in the property value.

### How to reproduce
NB reports these errors if HTML validation is turned on and an HTML or JSP page includes the properties on the tags above. It will mark the line in red and the error can be identified in the tooltip that pops up when putting the mouse over the red line.

Netbeans HTML validation also gives an error for fetchpriority:
`<script src="..." async fetchpriority="high" ></script>`

The html validator (see module `ide/html.validation`) was last updated in 2020, so yeah that will not match current expectations. For an update it would be good if we could validator "as is" without patching it.
An option might be to use the `EmbeddedValidator` with JSON output that is then parsed and being fed back into Netbeans.
One think that needs to be solved then is, that the validator nu is missing license information. That needs to be gathered.
