Can I download a snapshot from http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/ws-axis/

Hi,

I am unable to check out ws-axis/c possibly because of a firewall issue.

I just found that cvs.apache.org has snapshots at 
http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/ws-axis/ I want to know if I can use one of 
the snapshots available here.

Please let me know.
