Steps to regenerate:
 # Login at [https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/main]
 # Go to Thesaurus.
 # Create Some new Thesaurus.
 # Try to add alternate for any existing Thesaurus, it's not working here.
 # Also, try to delete all Thesaurus using Delete All button, it is also not working.
