The FastBinProvider server socket sometimes isn't closed on shutdown, so e.g. restarting it fails due to "address already in use" errors. This seems related to it using hawtdispatch, causing a race condition on shutdown - by the time the fastbin provider reaches the socket closing code, the hawtdispatch queues may already be shut down causing the async client close to throw an exception and the server close code to never execute.
