[PR] SLING-12882 Migrate Starter Content to sling api 3.0 and models api 2.0 [sling-org-apache-sling-starter-content]

enapps-enorman opened a new pull request, #12:

   bump bundle major version to 2.0.0
   bump minimum java version to 17
   
   bump models.api to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT (see [SLING-12874](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-12874))
   bump sling api to 3.x
   bump org.apache.sling.jcr.jackrabbit.accessmanager to 5.0.0-SNAPSHOT ([SLING-12868](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-12868))
   
   migrate the javax.servlet references to jakarta.servlet
