CloudStack Access is denied for the console session. Please close the window

HI,ALL！！

       open vm console，throw faile, public ip and private ip is ok by ping in cp vm.

        version 
        hyper-v agent:4.4.3 or 4.4.1
        cloudstack:4.4.2
        hyper-v :  2012 r2
        system vm template:4.4.1-7 or 4.4.0-6

       error info：Access is denied for the console session. Please close the window and retry again
