Problem Opening Open Office Docs

 Hi -- I have been opening OpenOffice spreadsheet docs for years now. In
the last 2 days, all of a sudden, it asks to guide me through a
registration process. A window opens which asks for my name and initials.
WHen I hit "next" it brings me to a window called "text import." If I click
OK, it seems I can no longer access my doc and the info it contains -- only
a blank document opens up. NOTE: these documents are saved in xls or odt
format. PLEASE HELP ME.....

You can try first to reset your OpenOffice profile, see:
