Ecosystem for mavenutils, maven artefacts and html4

Hi dev folks  and Jaroslav,

 

I would like to start releasing process for mavenutils and maven artefacts.
To have nice artefacts on central it's good to have enough information in
pom file.

To centralize it's possible to depend on parent artefacts that allow
inheritance of information.

 

I would like to propose an Apache NetBeans [2] pom that contains the basic
mailing list and license and other information as a central (bottom part of
diagram[1]).

Apache NetBeans artefact will  inherit

Apache NetBeans mavenutils will inherit

Apache NetBeans html4j may also inherit
