Tim Ellison resolved HARMONY-1369.
----------------------------------
Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Vladimir,
I could not reproduce the problem on latest builds, and have committed your example as a regression testcase at r561851.
Please let me know if this no longer an issue for you.

> The method java.beans.beancontext.BeanContextServicesSupport.addService(Class serviceClass, BeanContextServiceProvider bcsp, boolean fireEvent) returns true on RI and false on Harmony.
> The spec says nothing about return value. Seems, RI always returns true and Harmony returns fireEvent params.
