AOO 4.1 Test Arrangement

Hi All,

Here lists the 4.1 test arrangement together with the priorities and
dependencies, some work items have already been started. This is a whole
picture, and we will send separate email to start each activity, if you
have interest, please response the separate emails. Thanks!

1. FVT(/FPR/FR/RCAT) - priority 1, depends on build availability
I have just finished the FVT preparation, will send the formal notification
to call for volunteers once the trunk build is ready in website

2. AVT(IA2) - priority 1, depends on build availability
The IA2 test plan for BVT level function is ready, will send the formal
notification to call for volunteers once the trunk build is ready in website

3. Develop manual test cases for Base - priority 2
The test matrix is ready and related test suites are ready in TestLink,
need volunteers write test cases under the existing test suites, will
follow up it in a separate email

4. Repeat basic functional test of the new MacOS Mavericks operating system
- priority 2, depends on build availability
Check if there are any new issues on this OS, will send the formal
notification to call for volunteers once the trunk build is ready in website

5. Get more people who have interest to be familiar with the test
automation - priority 3
Test guidance and instructions are ready, Liu Ping will send it together
with samples soon

6. Collect and/or create test documents in OOXML format - priority 3
Use them for 4.1 OOXML testing, will send separate email for it

7. Confirm defects in Bugzilla - priority 3
Close out the invalid ones,  will send separate email for it
