[jira] [Created] (QPID-7004) [Java Broker] Retain remoteContainerId/clientId and authenticated user name as part of message header, and expose through REST

Rob Godfrey created QPID-7004:
---------------------------------

Summary: [Java Broker] Retain remoteContainerId/clientId and authenticated user name as part of message header, and expose through REST
                 Key: QPID-7004
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7004
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Java Broker
            Reporter: Rob Godfrey

Currently we do not store the identity associated with the connection which published the message - the remoteContainerId/clientId which identifies the producer connection; and the authenticated user Id which identifies the Principal which published the message.

This info should be stored in the message header and exposed as part of the MessageInfo in REST
