Structure of meetups for the future.

topics to be added to the agenda.
* Record the Zoom call and send out minutes after meetups. Reminder:
the meetup is social and no binding project decisions may be made
there, they must still be made in the mailing lists following the
normal processes.
Drill 2.0 discussion
*
Community to capture ideas for Drill 2.0 into the wiki page
<https://github.com/apache/drill/wiki/Drill-2.0-Proposal>.
*
Drill 2.0 ideas shared during the meetup
o
Further decouple storage and format plugins from the core of
Drill to enable out-of-tree development of a wide variety of
plugins by a wide audience without creating an unsustainable
burden in the core project.
o
Redesign Drill plugins on top of a modular Java framework. OSGI
possibly too complex.
o Other parts of Drill could also be more modular e.g. security,
web, etc.
o
Transition timestamps to UTC timestamps.
o
Expand the number of storage plugins with write capability
(currently file and JDBC).
General
* Community members based at HPE look forward to active participation
in the community.
