svnadmin: Invalid control character '0x7f' in path

Hello,

I have been trying to load an svn dumpfile for the first time. It makes
it through most of the dump file, but keeps encountering the following:

ERROR: svnadmin failed with the following output while loading the dumpfile:
svnadmin: Invalid control character '0x7f' in path 'trunk/c/x/RCS'

I am trying to convert a RCS repository into Subversion. For all the
files that this error occurs on, I have scoured looking for character
'0x7f'. I have done a hexdump on the files, and no character 7f exists
in the file. I can't seem to find where this is coming from and am
hoping someone out there can help me as I've been working on this for
about a week now. I have searched the mailing list extensively, and
also the cvs2svn list as well.

Thanks for any help you can provide,

Scott
