AWS EC2 - Associate public IP address

Hi

I'm trying out jClouds on AWS.
How do I configure the template (something else?) to 'associate public ip' when creating nodes?
My nodes are created without a public IP.

The reverse of this question is also valid:
If my subnet is configured to automatically assign a public IP, how can I instruct jClouds to override this default?
