Re: jetspeed 1.3a2

If you have a patch for Postgres, please send it.
With 1.3a2 you can try to generate your tables using Torque by running 'ant'
from the build/torque directory. You must first edit the torque
build.properties file, and change these lines:

database=postgressql

project=turbine

targetPackage=org.apache.turbine.om ?

outputDirectory= ...

hi andreas,
i populated my database with the sql script provided in the sql/external
folder.
the problem seems to be the timestamp fields. i am attaching the error
log file.
or you can look in the mailing list:
http://www.mail-archive.com/jetspeed-user%40jakarta.apache.org/msg02212.
html
ps: different to 1.3a2-dev, there seems to be a problem with the
velocity templates. in the old version an error screen appeared, dumping
the error log on the screen, this time it would say: "Cannot show
website"...

thanks a lot
:)

Hi,

first of all - I just installed the new 1.3a2 war file and everything is
working fine, great job!

Concerning your add user problem. Did you populate your database also?
Are
there any error messages while creating a new user account? Which build
are
you using?

Andreas V. K.
