Broker-J, Qpid C++ broker. DevOps Stage and PyCon Ukraine 2019 confs

Hello, committers.

I wonder if someone can (or maybe any end-users could a committer, for such
a matter) to speak and run workshops at such confs:

It is not clear yet when the PyCon Ukraine 2019 would happen - heard that
is the last days of September. As for the DevOps Stage conf - that one is
expect in October 18-19.

What I had in mind is to cover the development message oriented
applications, at both conf. So for the PyCon - that would be some Python
related APIs, for some business intelligence applications. Plus the message
could be formed, for potential committers - that could be combined in a
talk about how is that to contribute into Proton.

As for the DevOps conf - that could be some workshoping around continuous
integration, continuous delivery of apps (Java; Python). Also various
security related stuff (data security, BI security and the messaging
pipelines/triggers, ...). Indeed something about agile development
approaches and the role of AMQP, provided by some demonstrations. There are
options for some trainings/master classes available on the days before the
conf (check out the schedule) - it could be used for diving in to this, in
detail. Plus I doubt that using a speaking slot of this conf is a good
place for Ops engineering (physical and virt. infra. operations; related
NetOps stuff), for covering the broker in Java or C++ - but master classes
could much more reasonable.

Also it might be some marketing stuff for the Golang API - but I am unsure
where should that covered. I can guess that external activities (like a
detached meetup, in some other location) might be combined with some
coverage on the DevOps Stage conf.
