[jira] [Commented] (AIRFLOW-3442) Correclt set user first and last name when using Google

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-3442?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16877799#comment-16877799 ]

Ash Berlin-Taylor commented on AIRFLOW-3442:
--------------------------------------------

The names that are appearing are the [first and last names|https://www.kalzumeus.com/2010/06/17/falsehoods-programmers-believe-about-names/] - the issue is that the RBAC is not configured to pull them from the correct fields from Google.

The fix for this depends on how the RBAC is configured -- [~dlykianchikov] what AUTH type were you using to authenticate with Google?

> When i start to use new RBAC feature with google oauth i notice that owner in audit logs shows as google_[some number]. Its pretty hard to understand how is actually make some changes or run dag. But if there will be first name second name or at least email it will be pretty easy without checking who is using this google_ username. Maybe it can be configured somehow, please advise
