Migrate CS4.7.1.4 to CS4.15.2

I have Running

CS4.7.1.4 with Xen Hypervisors in 3 Zone

Wanted to Build a New CS4.15.2 Environment and Bring the Current 
environment to new CS4.15.2 Environment

I donot want to upgrade the current Cs4.7.1.4, instead Build new and 
migrate

Is it possible ? If yes , Please suggest the way ahead
