Issue 3264 Status - Large directory checkouts fail, connection forcibly closed

Does anyone know if any progress has been made on this issue?

We used to see this bug when checking out and storing the working copy to a
network drive.  This weekend our server was moved to a new data center and
we're seeing it all the time, even when storing to local working copies.  I
added a comment to the end of the bug asking for an update.  We're running
Subversion 1.6.4 on Solaris 10 with httpd 2.2.11.
