[maven] new committer
Hi,
Stephane has been sending massive patches for maven and I would like it
if he could just fix things himself. Stephane is an Ant developer and
works on AntGump so he's got some good ideas.
I think what we should do is let people on board to help out with Maven
and when Maven leaves we'll move the Maven committers of with Maven.
Those who aren't also Turbine committers.
But for now it would be great if Stephane could hack away on this own.
