Karaf as a service on Windows Server

I installed Karaf 4.2.1 as a service with JDK 10. When I tried to run it, I get the following. I think this was fixed previously and is a regression.

STATUS | wrapper | 2018/10/12 10:16:55 | Launching a JVM...
INFO | jvm 1 | 2018/10/12 10:16:55 | -Djava.endorsed.dirs=C:\Program is not supported. Endorsed standards and standalone APIs
INFO | jvm 1 | 2018/10/12 10:16:55 | in modular form will be supported via the concept of upgradeable modules.
INFO | jvm 1 | 2018/10/12 10:16:55 | Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
INFO | jvm 1 | 2018/10/12 10:16:55 | Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Hi Scott,

That's related to

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-5909

The endorsed lib doesn't exist in Java 10 anymore. So, as explained in
the Jira, I will generate a different wrapper.conf depending of the Java
version to set endorsed or not.

It will be fixed for Karaf 4.2.2.

Regards
JB
