[PATCH]Oracle XML Driver

Hola a Todos:

Attached is a new driver for FOP to use Oracle XML as parser, being able
to use FOP as render engine inside XSQL Servlet or Oracle XSL, please
consider for inclusion in the next version of FOP, Thanks.
