labs flash 17 update today breaks installer validation of playerglobal.swc

Just a quick note to advise that since a new flash 17 beta release today, I
experienced a failure at "Validating download" of playerglobal.swc

I expect this needs a new hash to compare against in the installer config
(might be wrong here)

The Jenkins slave that runs the check was offline because Windows had
rebooted itself.
It's back now, so we should a notice shortly if so.
