Windows 95.  Using absolutely latest official version of Apache available.

No CGI scripts operate correctly.
The all produce their output in the APACHE "dos window",
returning no data to the server and therefore triggering
a "Premature end of script headers" error.

Try ANY complied CGI script (I used a C++ .exe) under Windows 95.
