    Resolution: Won't Fix

For three years, Synapse has lived without this. If someone want, let them reopen and resolve.

> When working in SOAP sessions, Axis2 always tries to find service group if <axis2:ServiceGroupID> header is set in the incoming SOAP message. This behavior is not always desirable when Axis2 is acting as a SOAP intermediary, where the actual service group may not have deployed in the intermediary engine (e.g. Synapse). Such scenario would fail the intermediary Axis2 engine when it tries to find the service group. Therefore, it is neccessary to have a switch to diable service group ID processing in Axis2, which can be easily configured using the axis2.xml.
