I'm using 3.0.5 now (with some funny Received: environment),
but UNPARSEABLE_RELAY does not occur with unparseable Received:
header.

$self->{num_relays_unparseable} increments in
$self->parse_received_line(), but current (3.0.x) code
clears it after parsing. We should move initialize
statement of num_relays_unparseable before parse_received_line() ...
