A question about how to use filter in Nutch?

Hi guys,

I am a new user of Nutch. The version I am using is 1.0. So far I have
successfully crawled thousands of pages, and I am sure that the
query-url/query-site plugin is added in the nutch-default.xml. Could someone
tell me how to use these filters? For example, if I want to get all pages in
site www.msn.com containing words: Rome, how should I formulate my query? I
tried Rome site:www.msn.com, but it doesn't work. :(
