SunOS awwtest 5.7 Generic_106541-11 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250
with Apache 1.3.14 and gcc 2.95.2 and Tomcat 3.1.

When you have a page where you write a word with accent like "r�seau". the word "r" is sending to tomcat.
In fact all is truncated after the accent.

Install Tomcat,Apache and try to send something to Tomcat via Apache with accent like �,�,� and �.
