[GitHub] trafficserver pull request: Add a common regression test driver.

Add a common regression test driver.
Update the Regression framework so it has a trivial common driver that we can use to list tests and run individual tests.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jpeach/trafficserver jpeach/regressions
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/675.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
