ICLAs and account setup

Guys,
Greg, Todd and Christopher have submitted ICLAs. Eugene and Sandro has
not. You better hurry up.

Greg and Todd have provided information for account setups.
Christopher has not gotten to that. Hurry up!
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-9

All 5 should be subscribed to this mailing list. I don't know if that
is true or not... Greg, can you ping everyone?

All 5 should be part of the Podling's PMC (PPMC), which is a 'fake'
committee that operates as a real PMC, as a training exercise for the
'real deal' later. The PMC is responsible for Releases and Board
reports. Every PPMC member must be subscribed to the
pivot-private@incubator.apache.org mailing list. Failure to do so, and
expect to be removed from the PPMC.

Cheers
Niclas

AFAIUI, the CCLA is not mandatory, and exist for additional support
for future malicious tactics from the employer. Since Greg and Todd
says that they have it covered, I concluded it was Ok, and made a note
of that in Jira.

Hope that is all in order.

Cheers

Ah, I found it. You mean the entry for PIVOT-6 in JIRA. No worries.

Hi Noel,
VMware did provide a code grant. They just chose not to sign a CCLA, for the reasons outlined in Niclas' email.

Is there a need for a CCLA or a Code Grant from VMware?
