Strange thing... The site has just been redeployed. Until it's synced into production, you could browse via Apache's HTTP proxy 140.211.11.10:80 or build the site yourself from its [trunk|http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/site/trunk/] to get a local copy.
