can we set project name in include file?

Can we dynamically set project name using include file?  if so, can you give 
me some example?

Please go to <http://archive.covalent.net>, there've been a couple of
threads about including XML snippets during the last weeks - and I
even added a FAQ entry, but the FAQ's down - that should get you
further.
