CMIS-500 introduced a filter to allow the AtomPub binding to be used with a reverse proxy but the context and servlet paths can not be configured.

If the app server is using a path of /app/cmisatom the proxy also has to.

Ideally it would be possible to rewrite the path as well as the host etc.
