tomcat nstallation issue on AIX

Hi all,
I have installed jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31

when i start the tomcat, it doesnt give any error, but when i try to access it from some browser in windows machine (eg: http://dvdb2.wil.fusa.com:8080) , its says page cannot be displayed.
and when i type the shutdown.sh, i get the following error
