It's impossible to reproduce without Chinese Language knowledge, I even can't
be sure whether that what I see is what reporter saw. We need commented
Screenshots showing details what is wrong and how it should look right. 

Can someone contribute complete information how to reproduce the problem due to
<http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/HowToFileIssue>?

I wonder whether this really is a Writer specific problem, with 4.0.1  "Tools |
Language | Chinese translations" also exists for Calc?
