[jira] [Resolved] (SLING-2851) Topic Round Robin Queue is not correctly marked for removal

Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-2851.
-------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed in revision 1478359 by reverting the boolean test for the waiting flag.

I've also added a check to see whether a queue is already outdated. This avoids outdating a queue more than once

> The canBeMarkedForRemoval() method wrongly checks whether the queue is waiting for a new topic to arrive. If it is waiting, it can be marked for removal
