Hi Carmine,

If you want to give the users the choice whether to join the mailing list or 
not, and when to leave it too, then the Mailing List system in James is what 
you're looking for.

If what you're after is just a simpler and quicker way to send an email to 
lots of people, than I'm afraid you will to keep doing with the "bcc field" 
method. However, you can usually define aliases in your system, regardless 
of James, that you can use instead of a list of email addresses.

If you need more help on setting up a Mailing List in James I'll be happy to 
help. I have two set up on my system and they work a treat.
