Hello there,
I am experiencing an issue when enabling the TAGGING_SYSTEM feature in Apache Superset. Upon activating this feature, the creation of datasets fails.
The specific error I receive is: "superset.datasets.commands.exceptions.DatasetCreateFailedError: Dataset creation failed." This error also occurs when trying to edit existing datasets and when creating duplicates.
Steps to reproduce:
Enable TAGGING_SYSTEM feature in Apache Superset.
Attempt to create, edit or duplicate a dataset.
Expected result:
Datasets should be created, edited, or duplicated successfully without any errors.
Actual result:
The error "superset.datasets.commands.exceptions.DatasetCreateFailedError: Dataset creation failed" is displayed.
Despite these errors, queries are executed and charts are saved correctly.
This issue impedes the full utilization of the TAGGING_SYSTEM feature, as the creation and manipulation of datasets is a critical part of using Apache Superset. Your assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Tagging was not complete in the 2.x release, or even in the 3.x release, really. This is likely fixed by now, and is pretty out of date if not. If people are still encountering this in current versions (3.1 or newer) please open a new Issue with updated context or a PR to address the problem. Thanks!

@rusackas I'm still seeing this on 4.0.0 the problem seems to be that `tagged_object.object_type` is an enum:
```
`object_type` enum('query','chart','dashboard') DEFAULT NULL,
```
While the insert is trying to insert the value `dataset`. Can we reopen this or should I open a new ticket?

Thanks for letting us know @bmtcril - I think in this case, it would be nice to start from a clean slate, with a new ticket referring to the current version. Any steps to make a simple and reproducible test case would be appreciated :)
