libraries for building beta 1 source

Documentation near the top of build.xml specifies where to obtain some
optional components. I think a few things are missing from the list. I can't
find jars that contain the following classes which are not found when I try
to build the source.

org.apache.xpath.CachedXPathAPI
javax.crypto.SecretKey

Where can I get jars contain these classes?
This information should be added to build.xml.
