[jira] Updated: (HBASE-2221) MR to copy a table
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-2221?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Jean-Daniel Cryans updated HBASE-2221:
--------------------------------------
Summary: MR to copy a table (was: MR to copy a table between two clusters)
I'm changing the title to include a wider scope of features, working on this I found that we could use such a MR to copy a table on the same cluster (using a different name).

> As discussed in HBASE-2197, we need a way to copy a table from one cluster to another. This requires creating the job itself and modifying TOF.
