[mina 1.0] Share "Traffic Control" experience

Hello, I have been trying to use the Traffic Control feature of
MINA-1.0.
If you are a master one in this area, please advice me that how to use
this feature? How to diagnostic this status of the Java buffer to avoid
OutOfMemory error by using suspendRead() and resumeRead()? 

Please kindly advice me.
